4 April 2006 Letter of intent signed by DELTA and EDF
26 April 2006 The Council of State declares all appeals against the construction of the Sloe Centrale Plant null and void, making the environment permit irrevocable.
28 April 2006 Tender issued to construction companies; start of the tendering process for building the Sloe Power Plant.
18 July 2006 DELTA and EDF sign the joint development agreement.
15 September 2006 Offers received from construction companies.
22 December 2006 Siemens chosen as the principal constractor; Siemens willl deliver the power plant as a turnkey project.

15 March 2007 The construction contract and the Long-Term Service Agreement with Siemens are final. By signing the
Notice to Proceed the project is now definite, with a guaranteed investment of almost 600 millions euros.
29 March 2007 Sloe Centrale B.V. founded by the shareholders EDF (50%) and DELTA (50%).
