Sloe Centrale BV offers both direct and indirect employment. Approx. 40 people are employed directly by Sloe Centrale. In addition, specialists are called in to support Sloecentrale in various activities.
Sloe Centrale BV basically consists of 4 departments:

The Operations Department, which operates the Plant 7 days a week, around the clock, ensuring safety for peope, environment and the installation.

The Maintenance Department, which coördinates preventive maintenance and carries out maintenance to keep the Plant running with excellent performance.

The Engineering Department supports both the Operations and Maintenance departments with technical know-how and suggests ways of improvement that lead to better results in the field of safety, environment and finances.

Staff comprises the entire Management Team and the general supportive services to keep Sloecentrale operational. HSE, quality, administration, secretariat and reception to name just a few.
